What sort of attitudes and interactions do we need, in order to figure out together how to improve our work processes ?
Can we debug our mindsets and relationships ?

This workshop will explore what Chris Argyris wrote about these questions, by means of discussion and role playing games.

Chris Morris works for the Science and Technology Facilities Council. He leads a scattered team developing a laboratory management system for molecular biologists. He says that some time ago he realised that coding wasn't the hardest part of delivering software that people want to use.

We'd like to thank the university for allowing us to use their facilities.
